Wellbeing Year 5

This week as part Well-being week, we have been looking after our class plant. We discussed how the plant has needs; things we need to provide to help it grow, thrive and flourish. We then linked this to the things we need to help us grow, thrive and flourish as people. The children completed a survey to look at the things we do before sleeping and discussed and created guides outlining the need for sleep to ensure we can function at our best. We ended the week linking Yoga to positive mental health and practised some poses outside in the sunshine.
