Spring Term 2 Wellbeing Week Year 6

Throughout the week we have learnt to use our bodies in healthy ways. We have discussed the importance of relaxation, especially after all our hard effort in classwork, so learnt various yoga positions including the butterfly, the happy baby and the cat cow pose. Through meditation, we have practised our breathing using different techniques such as the Lotus Breath and Bear Breath.

Most days, we have walked a mile which is three times around the perimeter of the school field and playground!
